Terms of service
Last updated: [launch date]
Draft for legal review — not yet in force. Replace the bracketed details before launch.
These terms are an agreement between you and [legal entity name] (“UnveilPage”, “we”). By creating an account you accept them on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent.
The service
UnveilPage lets you upload web pages and share them through private links, on our domain or yours, and see how they are opened and answered. We may improve or change features over time; if we remove something material from a paid plan we will tell you in advance.
Your account
Keep access to your email account secure, because that is how you sign in. You are responsible for what happens in your workspaces, including what members you invite do there.
Your content
You keep all rights to what you upload. You give us only the permission we need to store it, serve it to the people you share it with, and run the service. You confirm you have the right to share it.
Acceptable use
You must not use UnveilPage to:
- collect passwords, payment details or other credentials under false pretences, or imitate another company or person (phishing);
- distribute malware, or content that is illegal, infringing, or abusive;
- send spam, or get around plan limits or security controls.
Anyone can report a page using the link on it. We may block a page or suspend a workspace that breaks these rules, usually after notice unless the harm is urgent.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, and renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Billing; you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for. Prices exclude taxes where applicable. [Refund policy.] If a payment fails we will retry and tell you before moving the workspace to the Free plan.
Custom domains
You may connect domains you own or control. You are responsible for the DNS records, and we will issue certificates for the domains you connect.
Availability and liability
We work hard to keep UnveilPage running but provide it “as is”, without guarantees of uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using UnveilPage and delete your workspace at any time. We may end the agreement if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. After a workspace is closed, its pages stop working and its data is deleted as described in our privacy policy.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction]. If we update them we will give at least 30 days’ notice of material changes. Questions: hello@unveilpage.com.
